الخدمه الاجتماعيه مهنه انسانيه تهدف الى تحسين نوعية حياة الانسان فهى تساعده على مواجهة مشكلاته واشباع احتياجاته وتعمل على تنمية قدراته ومهاراته لمواجهة تلك المشكلات ، وكانت تمارس الخدمه الاجتماعيه قديمه من المنظور التقليدي "الطرق الثلاثه " وظهرت اتجاهات حديثه تمارس الخدمه الاجتماعيه فى ضوئها ومن هذه الاتجاهات الممارسه العامله فهى تعتبر احد الاتجاهات الحديثه للخدمه الاجتماعيه وتختلف الممارسه العامه عن منظور الطرق حيث انها تتميز بالشموليه و التعدديه والانتقاء فهى تتعامل مع كافة انساق المشكله وعناصرها ويتعدد بها المداخل والطرق والنمادج بما يتيح للاخصائي الاجتماعى الفرصه على اختيار النظريات او النماذج او المداخل بما يتناسب مع طبيعة الموقف الاشكالى وفى هذا البحث سوف نتناول بعض من العناصر على النحو التالى :-
