يجب على المقاول الحرص والمحافظه على سلامة التمديدات الكهربائية وخطوط الخدمات الاخرى الموجوده في الموقع والالتزام بأنظمه وزارة الدفاع الخاصه بالخدمات والمنافع والغرامات المطبقة و إن أي ضرر يلحق بأي منها بسبب يرجع إليه أو إلى أحد مقاوليه عليه اصلاحه على حسابه الخاص حسب توجيهات مهندس المشروع
