1 ـ الزام المدعى عليه الاول باداء م

1 ـ الزام المدعى عليه الاول باداء مبلغ 120000 ريال (مائة وعشرون الف ريال عماني) تعويضا ماديا ومعنويا عما لحق المدعي من جراء الحادث في ما فاته من صلاة اثناء الغيبوبة لاكثر من ثلاثة ايام على ان تحل محلة في الاداء شركة التأمين المدعى عليها الثانية .
2 ـ الزام المدعى عليها بأداء مصاريف ورسوم ترجمة التقارير الطبية المرفقة للغة العربية من عبقري الانجليزي للترجمة .
3 ـ الزام المدعى عليها بالمصاريف ورسوم مبلغ الف ريال مقابل اتعاب المحاماة .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
