تبدأ المدة المحددة لتنفيذ عقود مقاولات الأشغال من تاريخ تسليم الموقع إلى المقاول خالياً من الموانع التي قد تعيقه من البدء بالتنفيذ ويتم هذا التسليم خلال فترة لا تتجاوز أسبوعين من تاريخ توقيع العقد أو المدة التي يحددها العقد بموجب محضر كتابي يوقع عليه المقاول أو من يفوضه والجمعية ويحرر المحضر من ثلاث نسخ تسلم نسخة منه للمقاول ونسخة للإدارة المعنية بالإشراف والثالثة تبقى لدى الادارة المالية ضمن أوليات المناقصة.
