1- يتم تعبئة استمارة رفض شيك وإرسالها للبنك وأخذ الرفض على الشيك.2- التواصل مع العميل بخصوص الشيك المرتجع.3- في حال فشل التحصيل تحال استمارة الرفض للشؤون القانونية.
