وفي نهاية الاجتماع تم الاتفاق على الاعمال التالية :-
1- تم تكليف مدير البلدية من اجل المتابعة مع اللجنة بخصوص الحديقة والأمور الهندسية والأمور التجميليه للحديقة .
2- الاجتماع بشكل دوري كل اسبوعين مع مدير البلدية من اجل متابعة سير العمل .
ملاحظة : وحاليا تقوم مجموعة من المركز بكتابة مسودة مشروع للحديقة من اجل تقديمها للبلدية والجهات المانحة للحصول على تمويلها وتوصل اعضاء من اللجنة لاتفاق مع لجنة مقاومة الجدار من اجل تنفيذ فكرة الحديقة مع المركز والبلدية .

النقاط الهامة التي تم نقاشها الاجتماع :
• العضو كمال ابو الرب وانضمامه للجنة وفهم دوره كعضو لجنة وسبب انسحابه من اللجنة الاولى وعودته للجنة مرة اخرى،وبانه كعضو لديه مفهوم العدالة والمطالب العدالة سيكون له فاعلية ،وتم الاتفاق على انضمام الشيخ احمد ابو الرب بعد زيارة اعضاء اللجنة له ووضعه بصورة اللجنة والمشروع ،وتم الحديث عن اضافة اعضاء للجنة من كافة العوائل بحكم ان البلدة مقسمة لعوائل .
• تم التطرق لموضوع بطىء المشروع في قباطية في الثلاث سنوات السابقة وذلك بسبب اختيارنا لاعضاء اللجنة كان خاطىء ،وبأن الامور الشخصية والمتفردة هي سبب اخر لانهيار وتعطيل انجازات نشاطات قباطية.
• التاكيد على ان امنية هي المنفذ ونحن NDIمراقب وممول .
• بعد الاطلاع على نتائج الاستبيان تم تحديد القضايا الثلاث وهي :
1- الصرف الصحي :قضية كانت مطروحة وكان قد تم البدء بتنفيذ المشروع الا ان المواطنين رفضوا الموافقة على إتمامه بسبب فهمهم الخاطىء بانه سيعود على اراضيهم مع العلم انه سيتم تكرار مياه الصرف الصحي.
2- موقف للمواصلات العامة وتنظيمه:القضية كانت شبه محلوله لكن هي بحاجة الى ضغط من اجل حلها نهائياً حيث تم مناقشة سبب ايقافه بسبب الارض التي سيقام عليها الموقف وطرح حلها للبلدية اما بشراءها او استئجارها من المالكين بحيث ان موقعها مناسب في وسط البلد .
3- تحسين المظهر العام وتشجير الشوارع :اكدو على العمل على هذه القضية بالتوازي مع القضايا الاخرى.

At the end of the meeting it was agreed that the following actions: -
1. was assigned to the municipal manager in order to follow-up with the Commission concerning the park and things engineering and things cosmetic garden.
2 meeting periodically every two weeks with the municipal manager in order to follow up the workflow.
Note: Currently, the group from the center have a draft of the park for submission to the municipality and donors to get funding and reach members of the Committee to deal with the Commission on the wall resistance in order to implement the idea of the garden with the center and the municipality.
