ارجو التكرم بمنحي اجازة بدون راتب للفصل الدراسي الثاني كامل بعام ..... من تاريخ ... الى .... وذلك لاستكمال دراستي حيث انني اكمل دراسة الدكتوراة في ماليزيا وهذا الفصل اقوم بكتابة الرسالة وتسليمها للمناقشة النهائية لذلك يتطلب مني ان اكون بجانب المشرف حيث انني سبق لي ان اخذت اجازة بدون راتب ورجعت الى الدوام بنهاية الفصل الثاني
