الا ان الجرد وحده لا يكفي مالم يقترن بوسيله أخرى تتمثل بالتدقيق المستندي ومطابقة الارصده الدفترية مع نتائج الجرد الفعلي ويفضل اجراء عملية الجرد خلال الأسبوع الأخير من السنة المالية وعلى ان يشمل البيانات الاتية :-
