تسعى الجمعية من خلال هيئتها الإدارية على تعبئة الموارد وتوظيفها من اجل تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية . وذلك من خلال منح حكومية. وتبرعات داخلية وخارجية ( نقدية وعينية ) مالم تكن هذه التبرعات مشروطه بشروط تتنافى ورسالة وقيم الجمعية . وعائد الممتلكات المملوكة للجمعية من أراضي وعقارات مؤجرة ومستشفيات تقدم خدمات صحية لقاء أجور تنافسية قياساً بمثيلاتها في القطاع الخاص. ورسم العضوية . والدعم المالي من الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الهلال الأحمر والصليب الاحمر. والمنظمات الغير حكومية . والشركاء من الجمعيات الوطنية في العالم .
