هو احد العيدين للمسلمين و اول الاعياد و ياتي بعد شهر رمضان المبارك . و هو يعتبر جائزة للصائمين في شهر رمضان . يبدأ بصلاة العيد و يلبس الناس أفضل لباسهم و عندما تنتهي الصلاة يقوم الناس بتهنئة بعضهم بهذا اليوم المبارك . و يذهب الناس عادة الى البيت الذي تجتمع فيه العائلة و يأكلون الافطار و يستمتعوا مع بعضهم و يحتفلون بهذا اليوم . و بعدها يذهب الناس لزيارة اقربائهم و اصدقاءهم و الاستمتاع بالعيد و زيارة المساكين و الفقراء و مساعدتهم لانه يعتبر يوم للتسامح و للتراضي و الصدقة .
