- الصعوبات والمخاطر التي واجهت المرحلة الثانية، مقترحات لمعالجة الصعوبات المحددة:
وفاة رئيس بلدية جنين وهو ما اثر على سير المشروع في جنين وذلك بسبب انه كان مطلع على كافة الامور ولقد تم معالجة الامور وذلك من خلال ان مدير بلدية جنين كان يعلم بكافة الخطوات التي قمنا به .

- طبيعة العلاقة مع المنسق، والى أي مدى قام بتلبية كافة الاحتياجات في الوقت المناسب؟
المنسقة قامت بالتنسيق مع البلدية واللجنة بشكل ممتاز والالتزام بالوقت والمواعيد المحددة حسب البرنامج المخطط له .


- تقييم المنسقة للفترة الثانية من المشروع حيث:
تقوية اللجان في مجال ميزانية البلديات من حيث كيفية قراءتها ومناقشتها , وتعزيز مشاركتهم ودورهم في الأنشطة المجتمعية المتعلقة بقطاع البلديات والمشاركة المجتمعية .

- الاثر والأمور التي تعتقد ان الفترة الثانية من المشروع قد أسهم او اسهم في تطويرها:
- بناء قدرات اللجان المشاركين وتعزيز مواهبهم في مجال ميزانية البلديات وكيفية قراءتها ومناقشتها .
- تعزيز روح العمل الجماعي والمشترك بين اللجان وتبادل الخبرات ضمن نطاق المشروع واهم النجاحات .
- دعم عملية التشبيك بين اللجان من جهة وأعضاء المجلس البلدي من جهة أخرى .
- اهتمام اللجان في عقد مثل هذه الدورات التي تعد الاولى من نوعها في فلسطين ومحافظة جنين خاصة .
- شعور اللجنة بعد التدريب بالرغبة في العمل على نطاق اوسع وضمن صلاحيات اكثر من اجل العمل على تنفيذ العديد من القضايا والعمل على حلها مع البلدية .
