النظام يقصف المناطق التي يوجد بها مظاهرات . ويحاصرها يمنع ايا شخص ان يخرج منها او ان يدخل اليها يمنع الطعام عنها والشراب والأدوية . الناس في تلك المناطق تعتمد فقط على الزراعة وعلى الأبار لكن النظام السوري أصبح يحرق أرضيها الزراعية ايضا . هناك مناطق محاصرة منذ ثلاث سنوات . المئات من الناس ماتت من الجوع هناك . ورغم هذا النظام لا يستطيع أن يدخلها رغم كل الاسلحة التي يملكها فالجيش الحر يدافع عنها ليلا ونهارا رغم ان الجيش الحر لا يملك الطيران ولا اسلحة عملاقة مثل ما يملك النظام . فقرر النظام ان يصبح القصف بواسطة الطيران أعنف واعنف بواسطة الفوسفور الحارق الذي يحرق الابنية والاجساد وكل شيء وهذا السلاح ممنوع . فا حترقت كل الاراضي الزراعية في بعض المناطق المحاصرة فبهذه الطريقة قال النظام للناس هناك وللجيش الحر خصوصا ان يختاروا بين الموت جوعا وحرقا وبين خسارة تلك المناطق وتركها للنظام فقررت الناس ان تترك تلك المناطق للنظام على ان تموت جوعا وحرقا
