تقارير الاداء

مادة (50): يخضع جميع العاملين بالشركة لنظام تقييم الاداء والكفاءة العملية بموجب تقارير سنوية تقوم الشركة باعدادها لتقييم اداء جميع العاملين لديها في العناصر التالية :
1. المقدرة على العمل ودرجة اتقانه (الكفاءة) .
2. سلوك العامل ومدى تعاونه مع رؤسائه وزملائه وعملاء الشركة .
3. المواظبة في الحضور والانصراف .
4. مدى تقيد العامل بالتعليمات الصادرة من الشركة .
5. تنظيم العمل .
مادة (51): يعد التقرير اعتبارا من شهر نوفمبر من كل عام بمعرفة الرئيس المباشر للعامل على ان يعتمد من الرئيس التنفيذي بحد اقصى شهر ديسمبر من كل عام .

مادة (52): يقيم اداء العامل في التقرير بأحد التقديرات الاتية :
