العلاوة الدورية

مادة (54): دون الاخلال باية ميزة مقررة لمصلحة العامل تقوم الشركة بمنح العمانيين العاملين لديها علاوة دورية لا تقل عن ثلاثة بالمائة (3%) من اجر العامل الاساسي في الاول من يناير من كل عام وفقا للشروط التالية :

1.54 ان لا تقل مدة خدمة العامل لدى الشركة عن ستة (6) اشهر .
2.54 الا يكون قد حصل العامل على تقدير ضعيف في تقرير الاداء السنوي .

مادة (55): يجوز لادارة الشركة منح العامل علاوة استثنائية وفقا للضوابط التي تضعها في هذا الشأن .
