المقر الرئيسي للوزارة طرابلس و يمثله قانونيًا الذي يوقع هذا العقد نيابة عنه بصفته وزير الاقتصاد و الصناعة و المخول بكافة الصلاحيات القانونية و ذلك بموجب قرار مجلس النواب و يشار إليه فيما بعد بالطرف الاول او الوزارة

The Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli and legally represents the sign this contract on his behalf as Minister of economy and industry and to all legal powers and in accordance with the decision of the House of representatives, hereinafter referred to as the first party or Ministry
