أن يكون إنشاء وإدارة سجل المساهمين في الشركة طبقاً لمتطلبات نظام التسجيل المركزي المرخص له من قبل مصرف البحرين المركزي، المعتمد من قبل البورصة قبل الموافقة على طلب الإدراج والتداول، وكذلك اعتماد القيد الوارد في هذا السجل عند التحكيم والاثبات في منازعات الأوراق المالية.
