وعبر كل العالم إن الأسباب التي من شأنها أن تهدد استقرار ونمو المدن وكذا تشويه منظرها و الحكم عليها بالانحطاط والزوال هوعدم التحكم الجيد بمعادلة النمو الديمغرافي السريع مما يتطلب كثير من الخدمات و الحاجيات
