ان لا يقل عدد الاسهم المملوكة والقا

ان لا يقل عدد الاسهم المملوكة والقابلة للتداول العام الحر من قبل المساهمين المشار اليهم في الفترة السابقة عن نسبة 10% من اجمالي عدد الاسهم الصادرة والمدفوعة للشركة ، ما لم ينص على حد اخر بخلاف هذه النسبة في نشرة الاصدار او الادراج المقرة من قبل مصرف ابحرين المركزي.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Minimum number of shares owned and negotiable free by the shareholders referred to in the previous period from 10% of the total number of shares issued and paid for by the company, unless another boundary dispute in the prospectus or listing approved by the Central Bank of abharin.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The least number of owned and midwife shares traded free year by them shareholders referred to in the preceding period for 10% of the total number of shares issued and paid to the company, unless an end other than this percentage in the prospectus or listing approved by the Central Abharin Bank .

The number of publicly traded shares, which are owned and free to at least by the shareholders referred to in the preceding period of 10% percent of the total number of shares issued and paid. Unless otherwise provided for by other than this ratio in the prospectusListing approved by the Central Bank of Abhryn.
