C. ألا يقل رأسمال الشركة المسجل في السجل التجاري عن (500.000) ريال سعودي
D. أن يتوافر في الشخص الطبيعي الذي يشترك في تأسيس شركة او منضم إليها بعد التأسيس ما يلي:
• أن يكون سعودي الجنسية
• أن لا يكون قد سبق الحكم عليه في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة أو مكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص مالم يكن قد رد اعتباره بالنسبة إليها
• أن لا يكون قد سبق الحصول على ترخيص مكتب للتوسط في توظيف السعوديين أو كان أحد الشركاء في شركة لمزاولة التوسط لتوظيف السعوديين, أو كان أحد الشركاء في شركة شريكة في شركة توسط توظيف السعوديين و ألغي الترخيص بموجب قرار كجزاء.
E. أن يكون الشخص الاعتباري الذي يشترك في تأسيس شركة أو منظم إليها بعد التأسيس محققاً للحد الأدنى من نسبة التوطين
F. أن يتم تعيين مديراً للشركة تتوافر فيه الشروط الواجب توافرها في صاحب المكتب, على أن تلتزم الشركة بالحفاظ على توافر هذه الشروط في مدير الشركة طوال مدة الترخيص.
