اولا : ادانة المتهم الاول والثاني والثالث والخامس والسادس بجنحة تداول سلعة فاسدة غير مصرح بتداولها المؤثمة بنص المادة (40) من قانون حماية المستهلك بدلالة المادة (7) من ذات القانون ، وبجنحة عدم الالتزام بالشفافية والمصداقية المؤثمة بنص المادة (40) من قانون حماية المستهلك بدلالة المادة (20) من القانون نفسه ، وبجنحة تداول المواد الغذائية الفاسدة المؤثمة بنص المادة (22) بدلالة المادة (5) من قانون سلامة الغذاء وقضت بمعاقبة المتهم الاول عن الجنحة الاولى بالسجن سنة وستة اشهر وعن الثانية بالغرامة عشرة الاف ريال (10.000) ر.ع ، وعن الثالثة بالغرامة خمسة الاف ريال (5.000) ر.ع وبمعاقبة المتهم الثاني عن الجنحة الاولى بالسجن سنتين ، وعن الثانية بالغرامة عشرة الاف ريال (10.000) ، وعن الثالثة بالغرامة عشرة الاف ريال (10.000) وبمعاقبة المتهم الثالث عن الجنحة الاولى بالسجن سنتين ، وعن الثانية بالغرامة عشرين الف ريال (20.000) ، وعن الثالثة بالغرامة عشرة الاف ريال (10.000) ، وبمعاقبة المتهمين الخامس والسادس عن الاولى بالسجن سنة وعن الثانية بالغرامة خمسة الاف ريال (5.000) ، وعن الثالثة بالغرامة خمسة الاف ريال (5.000) ، تجمع العقوبات في حق كل واحد منهم ، مع الامر بطردهم من البلاد مؤيدا .
