ينبغي عند تصميم جداول الموازنة الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار العامل الزمني كأساس في تحليل هذه الجداول لغرض اجراء المقارنات وتسهيل متابعة التنفيذ الفعلي والتي قد تكون شهرية او فصلية او نصف سنوية او بحسب طلب الجهة المانحة .
