يلتزم الطرف الاول بالمحافظة على جميع الحقوق والسياسات التى انشئت عليھا قواعد بيانات الطرف الثاني وعدم الاضرار باي صورة كانت الى اعضاء قواعد البيانات الالكترونية والعمل في حدود نطاق الاتفاقية.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The first party is obliged to maintain all rights and policies established عليھا second party databases and no harm in any manner whatsoever to the members of the electronic databases and work within the scope of the Convention.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The first party shall maintain all rights and policies that created Aliھa second party databases and not to damage in any way to the members of the electronic databases and to work within the scope of the Convention.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The first party shall maintain all rights and policies established on second party databases and damaged by form to members of the electronic databases and within the scope of the Convention.
