يقر الطرف الأول بأنه يحق للطرف الثاني ممارسة نشاطه في العين المؤجرة في الأوقات التي يحددها وفقاً لما تقتضيه مصلحته وبما يتماشى مع نشاطه حسب الانظمة والسياسات المتبعة لديه دون أي اعتراض من الطرف الأول.
