يُدفع بدل التنقل لجميع موظفي القناة باستثناء الموظفين المزودين بوسيلة نقل منتظمة تقدمها القناة. يتوقف صرف بدل التنقل للموظف في حال تم توفير وسيلة نقل مناسبة له
