و تقسم المكتبة الى 3 مباني مبنى أولى ستضم قسم للكتُب الكترونية وسيصبح بإمكان كل شخص مهتم بالاطلاع على تاريخ العراق أن يجد ذلك في الكتب أو يقوم بتنزيل الكتب التي يريدها مجانا على الكمبيوتر في مكتبه أو منزله و قسم اخر لقصص خيالية لاطفال .
و قسماً لمعالجة تلف كتُب قديمة و اعادة كتابتها وتصبح تلك الكتب في متناول القراء على شبكة الإنترنت .
