عند منح السلفة الى اية لجنة بالجمعية / المشروع يقوم القسم المالي بتقييد السلفة ضمن مجموعة السلف المستديمة او المؤقتة في سجل الأستاذ العام وعلى ان يخصص حساب مستقل باسم اللجنة او الجهة التي منحتها السلفة في سجل أستاذ فرعي .
