ويتم اصدار كتاب استلام بالمواد وإرساله الى الجهة المتبرعة والاحتفاظ بنسخة منة وذلك بهدف التأكيد على الكميات التي تم استلامها . ويجري تسجيلها محاسبياً بعد تحديد قيمتها وذلك عن طريق الحصول على نسخ من قوائم الشراء من الجهة المتبرعة
