يشترط للحصول على ترخيص (مكتب) لمزاو

يشترط للحصول على ترخيص (مكتب) لمزاولة نشاط التوسط في توظيف السعوديين, ما يلي:
A. أن يكون صاحب المكتب سعودي الجنسية
B. ألا يقل عمر صاحب المكتب عن 25 سنة
C. أن يكون صاحب المكتب حاصلاً على مؤهل جامعي أو مايعادله أو أن يكون حاصلا على الثانوية العامة مع خبرة لا تقل عن ثلالث سنوات في مجال التوظيف
D. أن لايكون صاحب المكتب قد سبق الحكم عليه في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة أو مكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص ما لم يكن قد رد إليه اعتباره بالنسبة إليها
E. أن يتولى صاحب المكتب إدارة مكتبه بنفسه و يجوز تعيين نائب عنه تتوافر فيه الشروط السابقة التي يجب توافرها في صاحب المكتب
