وقد أعلنت هذا الحكم في الساعة التاسعة ونصف صباحا ، وبناءا عليه ، فقد تم إفهام الطرفين بان لهم حق طلب تدقيق الحكم لدى محكمة الاستئناف ، طبقا للفرة الأولى من المادة (192) من نظام الاجراءات الجزائية ، وتم تسليمهما نسخة من الحكم ، وتم إفهامهم أن مدة الاعتراض على الحكم ثلاثون يوم ، تبدأ من يوم الاثنين ، الموافق 25/12/1437 ، وذلك طبقا للفقرة الرابعة من المادة (179) من نظام المرافعات الشرعية.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

This provision was declared at 9:30 a.m., and therefore, it has been explaining to the parties that have the right to request checking the verdict to the Court of appeal, in accordance with its article (192) of the LCP, handed over a copy of the judgment, and showing them that objecting to judge 30 days, starting from Monday, 25/12/1437, according to the fourth paragraph of article (179) of the legitimate arguments.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

This provision has been announced in the ninth hour and a half in the morning, and Accordingly, it has been made to understand the two parties that have the right to request audits judgment the Court of Appeal, according to the first abundance of Article 192 of the criminal procedure system, were handed over a copy of the judgment, was to make them understand that the duration thirty objection to the judgment day, starting on Monday, 12/25/1437, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 179 of the Shari'ah Procedure Law.
