شريطة أن يعينوا عنهم وكيلاً شرعياً

شريطة أن يعينوا عنهم وكيلاً شرعياً معتمداً من الجهة القضائية المختصة خلال فترة لا تتجاوز شهر من تاريخ الوفاة لإتمام الأعمال غير المنفذة ، أما في حالة عدم مقدرتهم أو عدم رغبتهم في استكمال العمل المتبقي تقوم الجمعية بمحاسبتهم وتنفيذ الجزء المتبقي عن طريق مناقصة وبحسب الإجراءات المحددة في هذه اللائحة.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Provided that their legitimate certified agent appointed by the competent judicial authority within a period not exceeding one month from the date of completion of the work, if not their ability or lack of desire to complete the remaining work on the account and implement the remaining part through tender according to the procedures defined in this regulation.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Provided that appoint them as an agent legitimately approved by the competent judicial authority within a period not exceeding one month from the date of death to complete the work is carried out, in the case of their inability or unwillingness to complete the remaining work, the Assembly shall hold them accountable and implement the remaining part through a tender, according to the specific procedures in this Regulations.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

Provided that their appointed agent legally accredited by the competent judicial authority within one month of the date of death to complete the outstanding works, while in the case of non their inability or unwillingness to complete the remaining work of the assembly.And the remaining part by tender according to the procedures prescribed in this regulation.
