نظام تسجيل المعاملات المالية يقضي بأن لكل معاملة طرفين احدهما مدين والاخر دائن . وان اجمالي مبالغ الطرف المدين يجب ان يساوي اجمالي مبالغ الطرف الدائن لتحقيق التوازن والمحافظة على الدقة المحاسبية.
