في حالة تخلف الطرف الثاني عن سداد اي دفعه يصبح كامل رصد مديونيته مستحق الدفع دفعه واحدة للطرف الاول بغض النظر عن تواريخ استحقاقات باقي الدفعات, ولا يحق للطرف الثاني الاعتراض على ذلك
