لا يحق لأي من الطرفين إنھاء العقد خ

لا يحق لأي من الطرفين إنھاء العقد خلال مدة سريانه المذكورة إلا بموافقة الطرف الاخر على ذلك خطيا, يحق للطرف الثاني المطالبة بقواعد البيانات للمسجلين و الأعضاء بعد اعلام الطرف الاول بذلك عند إنتھاء مدة العقد أو انھاءة.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:
