عليه وحيث ان المتهم السابع لم يتفق مع اي شخص ولم يثبت علمه بأي فعل من الافعال المنسوبة لباقي المتهمين فلا يمكن الزج به في تهمه مشتركة او اعتباره متدخلا فرعيا في اي جريمة .
