عندما يفسد الأشخاص الممتلكات العامة و لا يأبهون بها ، فأنا أعتقد أن هذا تصرف غير لائق ثقافياً ولا إنسانياً لما فيه من إهدار للمتلكات العامة و تخريب في ثقافة هذه المدينة .
و للحد من هذه الظاهرة ، أتمنى لو أن تتم معاقبة من يفسد هذه الممتلكات العامة ، و أن تتم التوعية منذ الصغر على التحذير من افساد الممتلكات العامة
كنتيجة لهذه الرسالة و كطريقة للحد من العبث بالممتلكات العامة و للحفاظ عليها و الحفاظ علىالقافة و الإنسانية في دولتنا أن تتم معاقبة المفسد لها ، و أن يتم توعية الأطفال للحفاظ عليها
