في حالة الحكم من قبل أي جهة قضائية

في حالة الحكم من قبل أي جهة قضائية أو أي محكمة أو طرف آخر مختص ببطلان أو عدم شرعية أي نص من نصوص هذا العقد، يستبعد ذلك النص دون أن يؤثر على سريان ونفاذ باقي النصوص والبنود الاخرى, مع عدم الإخلال بإعتبار هذا العقد وحدة كاملة لا تتجزأ فيما يتعلق بالعين المؤجرة نفسها واعتبار هذا العقد نهائي وملزم للطرفين
