وليس باتفاقية تلزم الموصية باي شرط لان شروط الاتفاقية ليست متوفرة بهذا الإقرار ومن شروطها الاساسية ان تنشأ بين أطراف يوقعون عليها ملتزمين بشروطها. وبشهادة الشهود فارس يعقوب من مواليد ١٩٣٤ وبموجب وكالته عن زوجته ريما يعقوب الشاهدين على وصية مريام عبدالله، قد صرح امام كاتب العدل الاستاذ رامي خلف ان السيدة مريم قد اوصت بمنزلها الكاءن في أوستراليا الى شقيقها . لذلك أوضح ان هذا الإقرار والتعهد هو بمثابة وصية معطاة من مريم عبدالله ولدي وصية معطاة منها في أوستراليا بتاريخ ١٠/١/٢٠٠٦ وان القوانين بشأن الوصية تعطي الحق الكامل بان الوصية الجديدة تلغي كل وصية سابقة . لذلك أضع من يهمه الامر بتوضيح شان الإقرار والتعهد المرسل من لبنان.
