أظهرت نتيجة هذا السؤال أن الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات تميّز في اختيار العاملين فيها بين ذكر وأنثى ، فقد أوضح 56.7% من العاملين انه ليس هناك مساواة في التوظيف .
ومن أجل دعم ذلك فقد بحثت في احصائيات مركز الاحصاء الفلسطيني التي دعمت هذه النتيجة حيث اظهرت ان 32.86% من اجمالي العمال الذكور يعملون في شركات متعددة الجنسيات ، بينما الاناث فقط 2.66%
