وتعتمد جميع المناقلات وحالات الصرف بالزيادة حسب مستويات الصلاحية المعتمدة بالجامعة، ويتم إشعار وزارة المالية بالتعديلات التي تتم بين الأبواب وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة بهذا الشأن.
