1 - مسئولية إصدار الاشعارات المدينه للعملاء:1.1 يجب أن تكون هناك إشعارات موحدة ومعتمدة من قبل الاداره العامة و الاداره الماليه.1.2 يجب أن تتم مراجعة الفواتير وكشوف الحساب بصورة منتظمة من قبل الاداره الماليه.1.3 يجب أن تقوم إدارة المبيعات بتزويد الاداره الماليه بكافة التعاقدات مع أي عميل جديد أو أي فاتورة جديدة مع عميل سابق.1.4 يجب أن تقوم الاداره الماليه بالتأكد من تأكيدات العملاء على حساباتهم من خلال الاشعارات المستلمه من العملاء.1.5 في حال وجود أية فروقات بين حسابات الشركة وحسابات العملاء أن يتم البحث في أسباب هذه الاختلافات أول بأول ولا تؤجل.
