في الحالات التي ينطبق عليها إعادة طرح المناقصة مرة أخرى يجب على لجنة المناقصات الوقوف على الأسباب التي أدت إلى ذلك ومعالجتها بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذه اللائحة.
