وقدرت مبلغ خمسة عشر ألف درهم على ذمة أتعاب ومصاريف الخبير ألزمت المدعية بإيداعها خزينة المحكمة وحددت جلسة 11-3-2013 لنظر الدعوى في حالة عدم سداد الأمانة وجلسة 11-4-2013 في حال سدادها وأبقت الفصل في المصروفات واعتبرت النطق بالحكم بمثابة إعلان للخصوم الحاضرين.
