يجب أن يقدم في مظروف العطاء ضمان عطاء بالمبلغ المحدد في وثائق المناقصة والذي لا يجب ان لا يقل عن 2.5% ولا يزيد عن 3% من قيمة العطاء ويتم تقديم ضمان العطاء من بنك مصرح له من البنك المركزي اليمني بإحدى الطرق التالية:
