لا الزام على صاحب العمل بالابلاغ عن الجرائم التي يرتكبها العامل و يجوز الاكتفاء بالتحقيق الاداري لفصل العامل شريطةً أن يقرر صاحب العمل أن منشأته تقتضي ذلك وان ما حدث من العامل يكفي لانهاء العلاقة التعاقدية بالفسخ.
