You claimed that your a/c had been "hacked". It was suspended for security purposes - specifically to protect your game data and any stored financial details until you were able to file a report with your local police and send us a copy of the report along with the other requested details. This is standard and prudent action and we here at DSO Game Support would be severely negligent in our duties if we had not taken such action.
