أتعهد بأن أباشر مهام عملي بعد عودتي من الإجازة وفي حال أي تأخير إضطراري أقوم بإبلاغ المدير المباشر نصيا وفي ماعدا ذلك أتحمل كافة الإجراءات القانونية المترتبة.
