فئات الاجور والعلاوات والبدلات المذكورة اعلاه تمثل بداية مربوط الاجر بالشركة وفي حال تعارضها مع عقد العمل يطبق ما هو افضل للعامل على اعتبار ان اللائحة متممة لعقد العمل كما يمكن للمنشأة تعديل الاجور بما هو اكثر فائدة للعامل مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار رفع الاجر الاساسي وفق القرار الوزاري 222/2013 وعدم المساس بعلاوات العاملين السابقة للقرار .
