تفسير أحكام اللائحة

يختص نائب الرئيس المعنى بالشئون المالية، بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة في وزارة المالية متى دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك، بمهام تفسير أي من أحكام هذه اللائحة أو اللوائح الفرعية الأخرى، وذلك في إطار ضمان عدم تعارض أحكامها فيما بينها البعض، ولا التعارض مع التشريعات السارية في مملكة البحرين.

The interpretation of the provisions of the regulationSpecialized Vice President of financial affairs, in coordination with the competent Department of the Ministry of finance as the need arises, the functions of any of the provisions of this regulation or other subsidiary regulations under the guarantee provisions do not conflict with each other, not conflicting with the legislation in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
