9- إجمالي الوقت المستخدم: اجمالي الوقت المستخدم يبدأ من وقت تقديم ال NOR ويمتد إلى وقت فصل انبوب/ ذراع التفريغ إذا أعلنت الباخرة ال NOR قبل فترة الوصول المذكورة أعلاه من اجمالي الوقت المستخدم سوف يبدأ احتسابه من الساعة 00.01 زائداً 6 ساعات في أول يوم من فترة الوصول المحددة في المادة 4 أو من الوقت الذي تكون الباخرة قد ربطت في المرسى. أيهما يحدث أولاً.
