و في حال وجود كميات متضررة او تالفة

و في حال وجود كميات متضررة او تالفة من الكميات المسلمة للطرف الاول، فعلى الطرف الثاني الالتزام بسحب تلك الكميات المتضررة او التالفة و يتم خصم هذه الكميات من قيمة الفاتورة المقدمة من الشركة
